Very satisfied with LifeStance. After many years of misdiagnosis and improper treatment my practitioner at LifeStance was able to give me a proper diagnosis on the first visit. We worked well together to create a treatment plan the has been life changing! Highly recommend LifeStance.

My counselor discovered that I had been assigned to the wrong type of therapist, so he will make arrangements for me to meet next time with a better paired associate. Tara is wonderful to work with. She’s compassionate, clear with the information and validates the patient’s feelings-both physical and medical/mental. Tara has also provided recommendations to improve sleep and overall health. Tara actually listens and works to find the right path toward healing.
