I love my therapist. She one of the best I've ever had, but the admin for this company is the WORST I have ever seen. I cannot get anyone on the phone ever, no one answers portal messages (except my therapist), and my husband has been trying to make a new patient appointment for SIX MONTHS and either can't get anyone on the phone, or the two times he actually managed to make an appointment they rescheduled without telling him - twice.
