I absolutely love My psychologist,Shimmy Matthew! She takes her time,she listens,and she cares! They are also amazing with appointment reminders. Everyone i have ever been in contact with at lifestance, has been amazing!
Very poor experiance. They scheduled me with a provided for a virtual visit after paying my co pay online I waited 30 minutes for the provider to enter the meeting. When provider came into the meeting she apologized and said they made an error with scheduling me and she had to rescheduled. On the following visit Life stance charged me a $70 no show fee. Till this day it has not been refunded. Billing just passes you around. No managers there. They say they have to call you back and never do. Find another provider.
Dr. Mathews has been thorough, accurate and right on point when dealing with my mental health needs and diagnosis. As a Veteran and Provider for my family, I feel more secure with LifeStance as my mental health provider than I ever have before!
Lake Nona location absolutely Awful. Especially if you’re sent here by the VA. I had my first appointment set up by the VA , I get there and they try to charge me for the visit and I told the girl I was sent by the VA and the billing goes through them . She had no idea what to do and said she would have to call the VA which is useless because they don’t answer the phone . 0/5 Stars if I could for the patient communication. This review is specifically for the office and management staff. This is the most disorganized place, the front has no idea what the back is doing and vice versa. I don't fault the therapists. They canceled my daughter's appointment while she was in the lobby because the person who made the appointment made a mistake in scheduling and stated a parent be present. although I told them she was coming alone when I created the appointment.
