Horrible company. They send me the same 5 forms to fill out every single week and I talked to my therapist about this, you're supposed to get them very infrequently and he never looks at them cause they're pretty bad. He tried to fix this but couldn't, so I completely ignore them now cause they're just spam. They keep billing me incorrectly and I have to try to fix it by contacting their customer service and my health insurance multiple times. This company is predatory. They charge $200 more for a few minutes of therapy. The price for 52 minutes or less is $165 and the price for 53+ minutes is $365. I have never left an appointment outside of the hour I arrived and guess what, I get 3 $365 charges on my statement. The therapist doesn't warn you that you're about to incur $200 extra and then charges you blindly. It's reprehensible. The psychiatrists are okay but it's an absolute nightmare from the administrative side of the house. Cancel fees are the full session cost and you must cancel 48h in advance when the office is open -- they don't let you reschedule online anymore (even if their phone line says they do). God forbid you have to submit paperwork via the portal, their servers deleted mine several times before the front office was able to download them, causing me to do the same forms three times in a row. Absolutely atrocious customer service. I made an appointment with them a month ago and then they waited the whole next month just to cancel the day before my appointment for no apparent reason? They clearly do not care about the well-being of their clients. Do NOT use them. EDIT ON 12/30/2024: They NEVER reached out to me to resolve the issue.
