I was late to my first appointment, but my doctor was so accommodating and understanding. He was very easy to talk to, I have never opened up to a doctor as easily before. I’m happy I made the switch!
Absolutely atrocious customer service. I made an appointment with them a month ago and then they waited the whole next month just to cancel the day before my appointment for no apparent reason? They clearly do not care about the well-being of their clients. Do NOT use them.
Their robo-call phone receptionist doesn't have an option for scheduling appointment as an existing patient, yet the website says to call the number to schedule an appointment. Extremely disappointing.
LifeStance is professional and friendly. I recently moved to the area and needed a new psychiatrist. The receptionist on the phone was very nice and helpful in setting me up. The online portal is easily accessible and updated. Dr. Sullivan made my feelings feel seen and acknowledged. She was attentive and kind.
ZERO STAR! On my way to my appointment I got a call to see if I will be paying for my appointment today and I said YES! After being there on time and checked in through the tablet 9:25 (no human interaction). I waited for an hour to find out the provider cancelled! I had to call the number because no one told me anything!! They told me that the provider cancelled at 9:35 because “I have a sick kid” for reference I have no kids and I was literally in the waiting area!
