This place is the worse. They have no bedside manner at all. And do not care about their patients. I’ve been seeing my therapist for 4 years. She no longer works with them. They failed to tell me and offered me no other therapy or assistance. They BOLDLY CANCELLED all my appointments. Just like that with no explanation. And this place is supposed to be a mental health facility. They are a money scam they just want to bill your insurance for services not done. PATIENTS BEWARE

This location has an exceptionally strict rescheduling policy. If the request to reschedule is not made 48 hours in advance a charge of up to 125$ will be made to your account. I tried rescheduling exactly 24 hours before my appointment and was met with no response and a bill. It is unfortunate as the front desk staff are very helpful but it appears this is a management level decision and I reccomend searching for alternative facilities

Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else! They only care about your money. This place is a money making SCAM. The psychiatrist I saw for my ADHD meds spent the entire appointment talking about HER life without really asking much about myself. However they made sure to bill my insurance for a 45+ minute appointment. Provider then told me that I was required to be seen monthly in order to receive my prescription (while other providers in Virginia only require quarterly visits). As someone who resisted therapy for the longest time, meeting with my therapist has absolutely changed my life. She meets me where I am, and if I need to cry the entire hour, that’s ok! With everything I’m facing at this moment in my life, I know that therapy is playing a vital part in my healing. LifeStance has been amazing to work with as well!

Alex, my psychiatrist treated me for more than the time. That he was supposed to, and he was very attentive to everything. I was saying I love the way they treated me great place to be treated for mental health.
