Posting publicly to get some sort of response from management and (hopefully) my provider’s office. Going back through my emails, I see I received one message on 5/7 directing me to the patient portal. When I go to patient portal, I see a message that says my provider is “on leave” and leaves a number to call to reschedule. The message was from a Margarita M. They listen well, and they understand me. (Which means a lot when I have trouble articulating complex problems) Most providers rush through an appointment. The providers at LifeStance are patient and respectful and I appreciate that. Highly recommend them!

I’ve had great experiences with the providers at Lifestance, but unfortunately, the billing department has been a constant frustration. I’m not sure if my providers are connected to this location, but I’ve been overcharged and have struggled to get in touch with anyone to resolve the issue. Calling means waiting on hold for 45+ minutes, and emails or messages through the Lifestance portal don’t seem to lead to any progress. My experience with Dr.Dubin was the worst experience I've ever had. If you could avoid him, I would it would be a waste of your time . He's very unprofessional, unethical, and has no compassion. I ask him for his business card and refuse to give me one that's says the type of person he is. All you do is you can see He's a one-star doctor.
