My experience with Dr.Dubin was the worst experience I've ever had. If you could avoid him, I would it would be a waste of your time . He's very unprofessional, unethical, and has no compassion. I ask him for his business card and refuse to give me one that's says the type of person he is. All you do is you can see He's a one-star doctor. Avoid at all costs! LifeStance is a poorly run company. I missed a session with my provider because the Telehealth link was never provided. I called the day of my appointment, followed up 2 days later, and a week later on the matter to confirm I would not be charged for a missed session due to their CONFIRMED mistake (all calls are recorded, which means they have record of this being confirmed over the phone), but I was still charged for the session. It has been very easy to eork with Lifestance. They were especially accommodating regarding finances. Unfortunately, my doctor is retiring. It is always hard to start over but Lifestance has many locations and a large variety of doctors and therapists. I recommend Lifestance to anyone looking for mental health support.
Deathstance is more like it. It seems like none of the providers have any faith in the company. I know one former employee that left because of the way billing and administration treat the patients like they are worthless. I’ve received good care from the providers I have worked with but anytime I ask a question through the patient portal I have not received a reply.
