The doctor herself was nice enough but I missed my appointment (my fault) because of a horrible flu. I was charged a 95$ cancelation fee which is absolute highway robbery. I understand a cancelation fee, but almost a hundred dollars is ridiculous considering what I'm paying as a copay already (nearly $150 a visit) each month. I will not be returning.

I have been meeting with Scott Breaud. He is a wonderful representative for Life Stance. He has help me immensely with suggested reading materials and apps to help me organize my ADHD brain. Recommend him highly.

I LOVE Lifestance. They are a true lifesaver!! I used to use Lifestance in Massachusetts. They truly saved me when no one else could because regular doctors cannot get too far into prescribing antidepressants. I needed a mixture of medicines at higher doses, and they were there for me and they were patient with me every step of the way. Now that I live in New Hampshire, I use Lifestance of New Hampshire and they are just as wonderful as they are in Massachusetts. I truly don't know what I would do without them. I worked with a LifeStance Health therapist for over a year, and everything was fine. Out of the blue, with no warning, discussion, or explanation, I was told my relationship with my therapist had been terminated. My therapist and I both wanted to continue working together, but management would not allow it. I still don't know what happened, nor do I have any idea how information disclosed during my private and confidential interactions with a therapist were discussed with anyone else.
