I recently had a virtual appointment with Scott Breaud, a Nurse Practitioner through this practice, and I was extremely disappointed by the experience. From the moment the visit started, he was abrupt and dismissive. When I explained that I had recently relocated back to NH due to a family emergency and needed to establish care for my medications, he didn’t ask me for any history or details about my current situation. I have been meeting with Scott Breaud. He is a wonderful representative for Life Stance. He has help me immensely with suggested reading materials and apps to help me organize my ADHD brain. Recommend him highly.
The doctor herself was nice enough but I missed my appointment (my fault) because of a horrible flu. I was charged a 95$ cancelation fee which is absolute highway robbery. I understand a cancelation fee, but almost a hundred dollars is ridiculous considering what I'm paying as a copay already (nearly $150 a visit) each month. I will not be returning.
I LOVE Lifestance. They are a true lifesaver!! I used to use Lifestance in Massachusetts. They truly saved me when no one else could because regular doctors cannot get too far into prescribing antidepressants. I needed a mixture of medicines at higher doses, and they were there for me and they were patient with me every step of the way. Now that I live in New Hampshire, I use Lifestance of New Hampshire and they are just as wonderful as they are in Massachusetts. I truly don't know what I would do without them.
