This is a great organization! I have never had a bad experience here! I’ve never had an issue with booking an appointment or checking in for my appointments or anything! The people are usually easy to get a hold of and they have answered every question I have had whether it’s about billing or rescheduling appointments. Everyone has been nice and welcoming! The treatment here is really good too!
I've tried other therapists, and no offense or disrespect towards them, but I feel like they've all talked to me at a basic "and how do you feel about that?" therapy level; like they just talk to me like they know they're getting paid either way. The therapist I've started talking to made me actually feel like a person. Instead of feeling like I'm telling this therapist my life story, it felt like I'm having a conversation with a friend that really understands and is truly trying to understand, outside of their profession.
It was smooth and appointment was made in less than a week.
No one was at the front desk so we waited a while to get let in. But Heather is so sweet and understanding. With the tough questions she has a lot of patience with me. Her room environment is calm and welcoming.
Lifestance has the least transparent billing I have ever encountered in a healthcare setting. I highly recommend going elsewhere in town for mental health services, unless you have the financial means to pay for unanticipated bills. I began going to Lifestance over the summer, where they verified my insurance and told me that I had a $0 co-pay.
