My therapist is fantastic! However the Billing part has been a nightmare. I made sure they were in network prior to scheduling and now im being billed out of network. I haven't received a single statement and can't seem to see the statement on the portal. My insurance coverage is very good so they need to figure it out. Or I'll have to go somewhere else and I really dont want to do that.

While it took a while to get to my first appointment, I had time to work it out myself, which I did. The provider was great. I believe there would have been other providers available for an appointment before this one was that are good as well.

I've tried other therapists, and no offense or disrespect towards them, but I feel like they've all talked to me at a basic "and how do you feel about that?" therapy level; like they just talk to me like they know they're getting paid either way. The therapist I've started talking to made me actually feel like a person. Instead of feeling like I'm telling this therapist my life story, it felt like I'm having a conversation with a friend that really understands and is truly trying to understand, outside of their profession.

This is a great organization! I have never had a bad experience here! I’ve never had an issue with booking an appointment or checking in for my appointments or anything! The people are usually easy to get a hold of and they have answered every question I have had whether it’s about billing or rescheduling appointments. Everyone has been nice and welcoming! The treatment here is really good too!

No one was at the front desk so we waited a while to get let in. But Heather is so sweet and understanding. With the tough questions she has a lot of patience with me. Her room environment is calm and welcoming.
