You need to enter way too much information, some of which is confidential. The check-in process decreases my overall satisfaction with this organization.
Absolutely useless for psychiatric care- aware of shortage of adhd meds but refuses to help patients access meds because they take a week to resend your script to a pharmacy that has it in stock (after you’ve called 16 different pharmacies looking for your meds in stock). dailyn somoza menendez specifically- she is ALWAYS late to our telehealth appointments and does not answer her messages (only way to reach her, another issue) in any kind of timely manner.
