Great experience for my first visit. Comfortable, clean, friendly environment. My provider, Anna Schaller was amazing. I felt comfortable enough to be completely open and honest in order to get my best treatment for myself. I didn’t feel rushed or judged or shamed for anything I said, even when I veered off topic or forgot the question. Very happy that I was referred here.
My med provider is amazing. The receptionist, however, makes me not want to come into their office anymore and only do zoom appointments. I misunderstood the time of my appointment I thought it was at 1:30 and when I was on the way I got a message from my provider asking if I was still coming because my appointment was at 1:00pm. I apologized I told her I’m sorry that I made a mistake when I wrote it down on my calendar. I still came into the office just to see if by chance I could still be seen even if I had to wait. Their cancellation policy is impossible to work with. They require 48hr notice, or they charge you $100. I called Friday to reschedule an appointment, and heard nothing. I called Saturday for the same thing, and despite google showing they are open on Saturdays, I couldn't get ahold of anyone. I called again today (Monday), and now I have to pay the cancellation fee because now it is not 48hrs. Despite the fact that i called Friday and Saturday which are both 48+hrs from today. Anna Schaller is the best provider I’ve ever worked with. After years of feeling dismissed or misunderstood by other doctors, I finally feel seen and heard. She actually listens, not just to what I say, but to what my body seems to be telling her too. Every appointment feels thoughtful and collaborative, and I never feel rushed.
