My Therapist Amy W. is amazing. She takes the time to listen and helps me to mutually determine the best route(s) to my care. Her support gives me an environment of comfort. A place where I can be fully expressive and know that I havr been heard. I have seen so many therapists in this town, due to constant change overs. I am incredibly saddened and disappointed by my experience with this so-called “mental health” company, which has caused me unnecessary stress and anxiety. I had a consultation with Dustin Bui regarding ADHD, stress, and anxiety. During the session, he informed me that I could only continue working with him under my insurance if he prescribed medication. We agreed this would not be a fit. He then stated that he would bill my provider as if we had discussed prescribing medication so the session would be covered in-network. ... read more
CAUTION: Please be aware when company states they are in-network with health insurance. LifeStance cost my family $233 for one session stating it went towards my deductible. Mental health does not reach my deductible. Cigna stated there was a billing error. LIfeStance refused to help. Now we are out $233 and still do not have a therapist. Large corporations with no heart.
Everyone was so nice and Dr Wise was great. I felt comfortable with her and she addressed all my concerns.
My daughter see’s Darra and we are truly going to miss having her around. My daughter doesn’t want to see anyone else. Darra is truly patient and understanding. My daughter hasn’t opened up to anyone the way she has with her. She has helped her through some extremely tough weeks in her teenage life. She’s really one of a kind. So sad to see her leaving.
