Scheduled my first therapy session with this office. Was very excited to finally go in and get some help, I even had to switch my whole day around to make it to the earliest session they had. First time here and had to get buzzed in because they dont have a receptionist at the denton office. The lady that buzzed me in told me she let my therapist know i was there and would be out shortly. So far so good! Still new but feeling very good about what my progress is gonna be. Glad I’m able to do session over telehealth. Only issue I’ve had so far is having my link ready for my meetings.
They charged me $40 when I had already met my deductible, argued with me telling me that I owed it when I told them I had already met my deductible. Turns out I was right and they gave me a $40 credit which I can’t use because I’m always having billing issues with them. You’ll have a session and then months later they’ll charge you and then say that you have a late fee.
My wonderful therapist and psychiatrist have helped and taught me how to navigate grief. Telehealth makes it easy for me to see my doctors. I can’t recommend LifeStance enough!
