So far so good! Still new but feeling very good about what my progress is gonna be. Glad I’m able to do session over telehealth. Only issue I’ve had so far is having my link ready for my meetings.
My wonderful therapist and psychiatrist have helped and taught me how to navigate grief. Telehealth makes it easy for me to see my doctors. I can’t recommend LifeStance enough!
Sonia listens very well and easy to talk to; I am able to talk with her about some very difficult things. She makes me feel at ease.
I have left 3 voicemails over a 2 week period and have yet to receive a call back, but was assured that I will receive a phone call back with in 24 business hours each time I left a message. Very frustrating when dealing with something that requires a deadline.
I Initially called and was going to wait for someone to pick up but was offered a chance at a call back. They called back within a minute but hung up immediately so I had to call back again. The gentleman on the phone told me the closest place to me would be 40 mins away. I informed him that online shows there was a location 10 miles from me but he said that was not correct.
