So far so good! Still new but feeling very good about what my progress is gonna be. Glad I’m able to do session over telehealth. Only issue I’ve had so far is having my link ready for my meetings.
They charged me $40 when I had already met my deductible, argued with me telling me that I owed it when I told them I had already met my deductible. Turns out I was right and they gave me a $40 credit which I can’t use because I’m always having billing issues with them. You’ll have a session and then months later they’ll charge you and then say that you have a late fee.
My wonderful therapist and psychiatrist have helped and taught me how to navigate grief. Telehealth makes it easy for me to see my doctors. I can’t recommend LifeStance enough!
Sonia listens very well and easy to talk to; I am able to talk with her about some very difficult things. She makes me feel at ease.
