My experience with Alicia is always good. She is an amazing counselor!!!! I couldn’t ask for a better person to talk to and work out my issues with. She is calm and patient with me and always has the best advice and guidance for me. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!! Suzanne Fernandes
Why did my therapist and psychiatrist after two years completely ghosted me? Also psychiatrist before was also extremely rude. I liked my therapist and psychiatrist and I know they know each other so did they make the decision together to not respond to my emails? This was over a year ago but I still think about it. Very unprofessional. Could’ve given me a reason.
My experience with a virtual appointment was great! It was super easy, so convenient, and I honestly really enjoyed being able to just sit at home comfortably while having my appointment.
Booking is easy, they accept most every insurance. I have enjoyed my sessions with Alicia Gatti (LifeStance Springfield, IL), she is very down to earth, and makes you feel very welcome and comfortable. They take care insurance claims, paying your bill is extremely easy. I am have a very positive experience with my counselor and LifeStance. 10/10
Regarding therapy: I had a therapist for just over a year and I’m now looking for a new one. Not sure I’ll go with life stance this time around. Regarding psychiatry: My first psychiatrist would leave me hanging for days when I was in a really bad place and dealing with meds making me crazy. I switched to a new psychiatrist and he is much better and more attentive and seems to really care. Admin: in person they are nice, over the phone… good luck. just try to get your records released - it took me over two months.
