My experience with Alicia is always good. She is an amazing counselor!!!! I couldn’t ask for a better person to talk to and work out my issues with. She is calm and patient with me and always has the best advice and guidance for me. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!! Suzanne Fernandes
Why did my therapist and psychiatrist after two years completely ghosted me? Also psychiatrist before was also extremely rude. I liked my therapist and psychiatrist and I know they know each other so did they make the decision together to not respond to my emails? This was over a year ago but I still think about it. Very unprofessional. Could’ve given me a reason.
I'm still kind of new to LifeStance, as it has only been a couple months. Liking it a lot so far! Booking online for an initial appointment was a new concept for me, but it went pretty smooth and easy. Now liking the pre-check in from my phone before appointments. Check-in at the office is always easy. Like my therapist, I was able to find a good match to assist with my reasons for coming. 6 mos. Booking is easy, they accept most every insurance. I have enjoyed my sessions with Alicia Gatti (LifeStance Springfield, IL), she is very down to earth, and makes you feel very welcome and comfortable. They take care insurance claims, paying your bill is extremely easy. I am have a very positive experience with my counselor and LifeStance. 10/10
