My experience with Alicia is always good. She is an amazing counselor!!!! I couldn’t ask for a better person to talk to and work out my issues with. She is calm and patient with me and always has the best advice and guidance for me. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!! Suzanne Fernandes
I'm still kind of new to LifeStance, as it has only been a couple months. Liking it a lot so far! Booking online for an initial appointment was a new concept for me, but it went pretty smooth and easy. Now liking the pre-check in from my phone before appointments. Check-in at the office is always easy. Like my therapist, I was able to find a good match to assist with my reasons for coming. 6 mos. Why did my therapist and psychiatrist after two years completely ghosted me? Also psychiatrist before was also extremely rude. I liked my therapist and psychiatrist and I know they know each other so did they make the decision together to not respond to my emails? This was over a year ago but I still think about it. Very unprofessional. Could’ve given me a reason.
My experience with a virtual appointment was great! It was super easy, so convenient, and I honestly really enjoyed being able to just sit at home comfortably while having my appointment.
