I was amazed by how easy it was to make an appointment. I requested an appointment with a different clinic 2 years earlier and was told it would probably be a year before I would receive a phone call back to book an appointment…I still have not heard back. LifeStance was able to get me in within a week! I also loved that it was a very easy online experience.

I am so frustrated with this place. I love my psychiatrist, Daniel Noll. He has been nothing short of incredible when it comes to getting me to a great mental state. However, I am so close to being done with Lifestance. They are near impossible to get in touch with. Their phone line is only open during the work day- so if you are a working professional, you have no opportunity to talk to them. My wonderful therapist Greg bushman passed away. I felt like no one could replace him. He would call me back or text me anytime I had an issue or I needed to speak with him. He was just fantastic. I was referred to Diane from Lifestance only to be very disappointed. The first two sessions were very good with Diane BUT after that, she would not answer me in a timely fashion. My experience here was anything but good, for one they cost an arm and a leg and like to slap you a giant fee if you miss an appointment which I have never seen anywhere before. Second my therapist wasn't helpful whatsoever and he just didn't seem beneficial to my mental health. Update: they even try to charge you for sessions you never scheduled so I wouldn't use lifestance health!

First of all, I explicitly told my psychiatrist I will never take an SSRI again because of the way they make me feel. Second appointment with her, her plan is to get me off the current antidepressant I'm on and put me on an SSRI, but in an attempt to trick me she called it by brand name. I went and looked up the brand name and sure enough, it's an SSRI. They scheduled an appointment for me on a Monday, I tried to cancel the Friday before and they cite the 48 hour late cancel fee.
