This was my first experience with a woman therapist. I believe most men generally choose a man. I was quite surprised at the woman I saw Jillian. Very smart, very courteous, and most important extremely intuitive. I actually felt better after my first visit with her. She left me with confidence that I did not expect, and a sincere feeling that she was there to aid in my difficulties. I look forward to my next session.

I have been seeing a therapist and a psychiatrist for a couple months now and I believe here at Life stance, they put all their effort in to help you as best as they can and create the best care plan possible to help you successfully treat whatever you are going through. I needed some help with a form filled out by my psychiatrist and they were able to get my form printed and to my psychiatrist on the same day and within the same hour of me reaching out to them. At this point I will need to go to another practice. The therapist is GREAT - the billing department has screwed up their billing, even after my insurance conference called them to correct. They will not reply to emails, answer the phone, or reply to any messages on their portal. I get no detailed statements - just mystery charges, even before bills have been sent to my insurance for processing. I have spent hours trying to get it fixed only for them to auto charge my card. No accountability absolutely terrible.

DONT PUT A GOOD CARD ON FILE IF YOU GO HERE. My therapist is great, I feel like I got lucky with her. However the practices of this clinic are not really beneficial for my mental health. For the first 2 months of visits I wasn’t asked for my copay at check in. Since I realized I had a balance I’ve been paying at the time of the appointment and a little extra when I can to chip away at the balance. Well, they just charged my card on file for $350…. All good! I’m disabled and homebound so I use the telephone visits. This works out well for me. I arranged transportation to meet Doctor Noll In person to assure that I would feel comfortable with him as my doctor, but after that, The virtual visits are great!
