I had given up on psychiatrists and therapists a while back. But I decided to give it another shot, and I’m so glad I did! My therapist and psychiatrist are amazing. They listen attentively and genuinely care about me. If you’re looking for a psychiatrist and therapist, this is the place to go. Alexandria & Kristina are absolutely amazing. Setting up an appointment was super easy and quick.
NOTE: Please read entire review. The only reason I'm awarding 4 stars is because the service itself through my provider is outstanding. Including very fast response time in regards to medication refills. Everything else is sub-par or does not meet expectations. Specifically administrative services, which I would give 3 stars, or anything related to the portal which would receive 1 star. I recently switched hmo's and sent a message via the portal, 2 weeks later well after the new hmo took affect I finally received a response.... read more
Very friendly and helpful. My daughter and I have both utilized different resources at the Brookfield office and have seen improvement in our lives. Robin Colman is amazing and is always very helpful and insightful. The front desk is the best!! They go above and beyond to help with anything you may need. Picture perfect and the gold standard.
Extremely loud wave machines in the waiting lobby. There are 2 of them and they are not in sync and both very loud. I asked if they could turn them down a little and they said no. I asked if they have sat here and know how loud they are. They told me I could wait in the hall. So here I will wait for an hour for my daughter. Very rude staff.
Today was my first appointment with psychiatrist Dr. Raymond Kloss at the Wauwatosa Lifestance office. This has been the most positive first meeting with a potential outpatient psychiatrist in my 36 years of needing aid with my mind. I felt clearly heard, seen and respected. This allowed my sharing of history without a sense of shame nor embarrassment. The office staff were kind and warm as well as being on top of paperwork and future appointment scheduling.
