Like with anything relating to mental health, who you get as a provider is crucial. I have been seeing Monika Zawadzka for about six months now and she has been an amazing help. She is the first provider (I have had four other providers previously) that has truly listened to me and what I thought was going on with my body and mind. She works with me as opposed to telling me what to do. I can honestly say I feel better now than I ever have in my life. Don't waste your time. They charged me $90 for missing an appointment when I had a loss in my family. I've been trying for a week to cancel all future appointments by calling, messaging in the patient portal, etc. Received a text today confirming my appointment tomorrow. Wouldn't be surprised if I'm charged again. These people don't care about mental health, they care about money. Shameful business.

They made my daughter's anxiety worse and then didn't tell her they'd dropped our insurance so we ended up with a $265 bill for one session. Will never use their services again.

The therapist I see here is absolutely amazing! She has changed my entire life in the best way possible and I look forward to our weekly sessions. I hope everyone can make a connection with a therapist in the way that I have. I believe everyone could by going to LifeStance.
