They’re nice and don’t gaslight me. Staff who are going through this world in similar ways that neurodivergent patients/clients are. There was a lack of signage for the bathroom in the hall for those of us who get lost in physical buildings due to sensory overload but I mentioned it and they said they would address it. Also no power buttons for those who use mobility aids. I had a new patient appointment set up for a Monday. I received a text on Friday stating that my appointment would be held since they had no credit card on file. Since I needed to cancel my appointment this worked well. I did not get a message on saturday but received a reminder on Sunday stating my appointment was still booked. I tried to reach out via the portal as well as called the minute they opened Monday to explain the confusion. I was never able to speak to anyone but the front desk staff. My booking experience was very good. I had shoulder surgery 6/30 and couldn’t make a session . Asked if i wanted to reschedule which I did . I also received a voicemail from them asking if i wanted to make another appointment. I had already made the appointment .

We have has a wonderful experience at Lifestance. We moved from Idaho to Washington and found Lifestance, Jennifer M, as our child's primary medical provider. We are so happy we did. She is kind, compassionate, listens and is, quite frankly, the best NP we have ever worked with.
