I have been really happy with psychiatric nurse provider. She has really helped get my medications adjusted that have worked to help address my acute symptoms. I appreciate that she made slow changes to keep me stabilized. She really cares about people and it shows. She is also exploring alternative treatment options for me, which is hopeful to me. Overall, I've been very happy with their help!
It has been over a year and they still keep coming back for more money from an appointment I had 1/9/25. The best they could tell me is they can just ask me for more money whenever they feel like. Absolutely disgusting way to operate for a mental health clinic. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB since reviews and complaints are the only thing that motivate these individuals. The providers are fine. Sickening to claim to be a mental health establishment and then try your hardest to cause undue stress.
Mark is a knowledgeable, compassionate, funny therapist who gets me in a way other therapists haven’t. He builds trust right away, and holds me to account, but with kindness. Highly recommend
We have has a wonderful experience at Lifestance. We moved from Idaho to Washington and found Lifestance, Jennifer M, as our child's primary medical provider. We are so happy we did. She is kind, compassionate, listens and is, quite frankly, the best NP we have ever worked with.
They’re nice and don’t gaslight me. Staff who are going through this world in similar ways that neurodivergent patients/clients are. There was a lack of signage for the bathroom in the hall for those of us who get lost in physical buildings due to sensory overload but I mentioned it and they said they would address it. Also no power buttons for those who use mobility aids.
