I had a new patient appointment set up for a Monday. I received a text on Friday stating that my appointment would be held since they had no credit card on file. Since I needed to cancel my appointment this worked well. I did not get a message on saturday but received a reminder on Sunday stating my appointment was still booked. We have has a wonderful experience at Lifestance. We moved from Idaho to Washington and found Lifestance, Jennifer M, as our child's primary medical provider. We are so happy we did. She is kind, compassionate, listens and is, quite frankly, the best NP we have ever worked with.
My booking experience was very good. I had shoulder surgery 6/30 and couldn’t make a session . Asked if i wanted to reschedule which I did . I also received a voicemail from them asking if i wanted to make another appointment. I had already made the appointment .
So far so good. I see Dr Jacob Brent and Brittany Begley-Dennis and both have been very kind and supporting. I look forward to continuing my healing journey with both of them.
I’ve only had a few appointments so far since moving to Washington but I already feel much more understood and supported by Jennifer Morris than I did by my provider back in Virginia. She’s personable, listens to my concerns, is flexible with my needs, empathetic to my struggles, and is just in general great at what she does. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with her!
