Called to try to make an initial appointment. Spoke with Tia. Asked when the next appointment was, and asked if they took Healthfirst Medicaid. She said they do not take Healthfirst. Ok, I asked what their out of pocket was. She then informed me that they don’t do out of pocket for Medicaid or Medicare. -.- okay, to clarify I said “you don’t take Medicaid and you don’t take out of pocket from Medicaid users. I enjoy this practice. I never once visited an actual office. I registered over the phone. I chose a therapist online, after researching who I wanted. I click and mesh with my therapist perfectly. We do video sessions. I have nothing negative to say about this practice. It's awesome and convenient 👏🏽
