My experience is outstanding. It was very easy to book. I chose my own Therapist(Ms Jessica), she is amazing and has a sweet soul. I feel VERY comfortable with my choice. Her room/ office is ever so relaxing! My goodness, she makes me feel welcomed and her willingness of listening make me want to extend my sessions 🥰
Absolutely dislike this company for behavioral health services. They've constantly rescheduled me or scheduled me for a doctor that couldn't meet my needs. Plus their cancellation policy makes it obvious that they are greedy and capitalistic instead of prioritizing patient/client needs.
My husband has been a patient of Ms. Amy James for over a year now he has found seeing her to be very beneficial to his welfare and Mental Health. He has had nothing but good experiences with her. She listens well to his problems, they discuss them and work them out to where he always feels better after seeing her. I highly recommend her if anyone needs help and needs to be seen by a professional.
Extremely thankful for Jessica Rojas! She is the best listener while also helping to process and verbalize difficult to understand feelings. Recommend her to anyone!!
Fraudulently scheduled an appointment when I have never in my life been to or contacted this facility. Claimed it was some other person with my exact name but different birthrate, yet my phone number? This company was subject to a class action lawsuit for this exact type of behavior. I look forward to filing a license complaint to the therapist if they attempt this again.
