I am in my 3rd year of services at Life Stances and from the get go they have gone out of their way to make my experiences there a positive one. Everyone is so personal and friendly and they follow through and follow up on my well being all the time. They go out of their way to meet Clint needs. I appreciate this so much. I can't say enough positive things about the staff and professional therapists at Life Stances. They truly care about their clients and it shows. Thank you. 🥰
If I could give zero stars I would. They do not give nausea medication to help with the meds they prescribe. I have a emotional support animal that I requested a letter for and was told, since my provider left it would be another 6-9 months and that isn't something they typically do there at Lifestance. So many other better providers out there, this is not one of them.
They're very kind and helpful and non judgmental. Nothing I said , made me feel like I should be ashamed . I have great hopes for this place to help me finally let go of all the pain and shame that's held me back for so long in life . These people are the best and I recommend anyone could use this kind of help in their lives, I know it wouldn't hurt . Thank you for everything. Here's to a long helpful understanding therapy. I really enjoy my experience at lifestance. I feel safe and my therapist makes me feel unashamed to talk about things I never thought I'd trust anyone with again. Thank you lifestance for helping me deal with my past, that has harmed me for years
Very kind yet professional and understanding people..never one did I have a less than nice experience. Lifestance allowed me to do zoom calls from home during the worst period of my life, and they offer that for everyone! Edit I am removing two whole stars LOL oh no! It's because I was ripped away from my therapist due to someone else's mistake when taking my insurance after ELEVEN MONTHS OF BONDING. And also that I kept getting forgotten about for the life skills training for weeks each appointment. I've called many times ... read more
