I have learned so much about myself and value as a person. I appreciate and am thankful for my counselor Leland. Great staff support too. Much better than increasing my med level. So glad I chose counseling.
It was an easy process from getting contacted because of referral to getting an appointment to being able to do zoom meetings because of my hectic life. I very much appreciate and feel comfortable with this therapy program.
Ltisti Steinbacher was the absolute worst “psychiatrist nurse practitioner” her eyes glaringly me made my freeze response activate. She’s the worst mental health nurse I’ve ever met in my entire life. They recall your history well and have completed paperwork for me in a timely manner. I appreciate their office staff as well. Always welcoming and kind in the phones and in person. I’m sure the individual therapists are kind people doing their best, but the private equity firm running this show is a nightmare, steer clear! They WILL charge you for the sessions that THEY call to cancel and reschedule, multiple times in a row. The scheduling and billing is conveniently a large out-of-state call center somewhere and they don’t seem to communicate with the actual therapists doing the work.
