Casey Cortes was Absolutely wonderful.. She instantly made me feel comfortable and made me feel like i had someone that wanted to help me.. A Huge factor was that i didnt feel rushed..I didnt have to try to get everything out that i needed to discuss in 15 minutes.. She made our next appointment within 2 weeks..And when we finished this appointment, i felt good and relieved and a sense of Happy..
I’ve never received better CS than I have with multiple representatives at this business. 5 stars isn’t enough!
Dr. Miltenburg has been amazing! She has helped me deal and handle issues in my life and with my anxiety. It has made a huge difference in my daily life. I feel heard and I feel better about myself. I’m so impressed with her guidance, thoughts and insight. She’s been able to help me understand more about myself and how to cope with certain situations. She has provided so many tools to help.
I had an issue with billing at Lifestance. I was charged for a missed appointment that wasn't actually missed. I also paid a copay for a video visit where the doctor never showed up. I had been calling lifestance for 4 months to get this resolved and I would always speak to someone different and not one of the phone reps helped me. Very disappointed. After several emails to customer service, and billing. No one has responded to be. I kept seeing suspicious charges and kept asking what they were for. I then became afraid because if you don’t pay this suspicious bill in 30 days, they will consistently add on late fees. After no one has replied to be, sadly I paid for the unexplained fees because it racked up to large sum of money. Could be their way of making money.
