Casey Cortes was Absolutely wonderful.. She instantly made me feel comfortable and made me feel like i had someone that wanted to help me.. A Huge factor was that i didnt feel rushed..I didnt have to try to get everything out that i needed to discuss in 15 minutes.. She made our next appointment within 2 weeks..And when we finished this appointment, i felt good and relieved and a sense of Happy..
I have had the hardest time with getting a provider in network with my insurance. I stumbled upon this place and it was so easy to navigate and get an appointment!
Dr. Miltenburg has been amazing! She has helped me deal and handle issues in my life and with my anxiety. It has made a huge difference in my daily life. I feel heard and I feel better about myself. I’m so impressed with her guidance, thoughts and insight. She’s been able to help me understand more about myself and how to cope with certain situations. She has provided so many tools to help.
I’ve never received better CS than I have with multiple representatives at this business. 5 stars isn’t enough!
I was happy until the billing/customer service department ignored my question. I noticed I was getting billed for session’s we didn’t have. I have no idea who the therapist was either. It’s been 2 months and I have been asking for the details on who and how. They keep responding with ”just pay”. It’s illegal to charge for services that did not take place. Also, we always cancel sessions within time frame, but sometimes they charge for the cancellation. Some of the therapists are great. Not all well seasoned. So if you... read more
