I was so happy that I could finally started therapy after very long waiting. My therapist was empathetic and made me feel that somebody cared about what was happening in my life. Unfortunately couldn't continue and I'm very sad and feel all alone all over again. 😞

My therapist is great. I’m lucky I found her! Lifestance however is a nightmare! Switching providers was a complete hassle. Most people who answer the phone have no idea what they’re talking about. One year I was told they no longer took my insurance! I was panicking at the thought of finding a new therapist, in the middle of family crisis. That was a “mistake” , I was told after I spent days making phone calls. It’s also hard to get an appointment with a psychiatrist should you need meds. Contacting your company because the information received through text was not adequate. Also, your inputted information was incorrect and I was not able to complete it. I called the company and was finally able to reach somebody after my second call. This person informed me about changes and that I would need to fill it out. And I should accept the incorrect address. She would change the address for me. I completed the form. Roberta is great. She is always on time for our appointments and she cares. She talks to me not like a patient but as an acquaintance. I have always felt safe in her care. She honestly has invested herself in knowing what is best for me. The office staff are very nice also. I was at PCSD. Glad I switched thanks to my boss, Larissa D’Andrea.
