I highly recommend this, sadly it seems some folks have had a rough time using this service, but honestly i guess i just got lucky with who was given to me. Carrie Cooper is an amazing person and she has made sure to check if im comfortable when talk about certain topics that some people with trauma/ptsd may be uncomfortable talking about, she reassures me and reminds me that im not alone by sharing her own experiences from time to time, which is so refreshing and reassuring, it makes me feel like im not talking to someone w... read more

Unfortunately, they’re only five stars, Roberta deserves 10 stars straight across the board, she’s very easy to talk to, thoroughly able to help me with in just the last two weeks, felt very comfortable with her. She is very professional, I got lucky,

I was so happy that I could finally started therapy after very long waiting. My therapist was empathetic and made me feel that somebody cared about what was happening in my life. Unfortunately couldn't continue and I'm very sad and feel all alone all over again. 😞

My therapist is great. I’m lucky I found her! Lifestance however is a nightmare! Switching providers was a complete hassle. Most people who answer the phone have no idea what they’re talking about. One year I was told they no longer took my insurance! I was panicking at the thought of finding a new therapist, in the middle of family crisis. That was a “mistake” , I was told after I spent days making phone calls. It’s also hard to get an appointment with a psychiatrist should you need meds.
