I called in on October 31, 2025 to try to change my appointment from Monday to another day, or cancel the appointment all together. My reason for moving the appointment was because I was going to get a caregiver in my home, and since I do a video appointment with my therapist, having my caregiver in my house which I need because of my failing health, would be a violation of my HIPPA rights. I had been struggling with the passing of my son and depression. I needed to get grief counseling. LifeStance made me getting help possible. I have now been seeing a therapist for online appointments. I have a long way to go. I'm so glad I I called to make the appointment

I can not put into words how greatful I feel to finally have people to talk to about all of my baggage. It has opened up a flood gate in my mind and I haven't cried this much since....well, never. I believe this is going to be life changing for me. Thank you so much for listening.
