I have received nothing but good care from my providers here. Easy and effective communication with desk staff and providers. My therapist and I broke up (😅) but on good terms! We both decided that I needed different care than he could provide. He provided recommendations for who could be a better fit and ensured I had a safe transition. My med provider does an excellent job of recognizing when I may need to try different meds and helps that transition go smoothly as well!

My prescriber Sabrina is one of the most compassionate and understanding therapists I have ever had. Not to mention effective and thorough. I am 51 and been seeing psychiatrists, psychologists and counselors my entire life. I’d recommend them 100%.

My counselor is great. And she’s the reason I stay with Lifestance. I absolutely cannot stand the Lifestance 48hr prior cancellation policy that comes when a hefty $75 fine. Scheduling with my provider makes it impossible to take last minute positions as a substitute teacher. I would not recommend Lifestance.

I love my therapist. She understands me and helps me try to understand other people in my life. . It is very reassuring that she ready to help and guide me until I see her again. ❤️

My therapist rushed me off the phone after I asked to make a follow up appointment. It made me feel worse. I only had two sessions and I feel like he didn’t give me the help I needed (barely any input and was late twice) and now I have to find a different therapist to start the process again. I’m very discouraged because this was my first ever time trying therapy. I’ve tried calling two times and got put on hold forever. I’m honestly so irritated.
