I should’ve listened to the other reviews with similar stories. Faith Williams was a fantastic therapist that I saw for about 6 months. I had to reschedule an appointment with more than 24 hours notice but since their policy is 48, I was charged the cost of 4 appointments just to reschedule it. Lifestance is a poor practice with great personnel unfortunately. I am incredibly saddened that I can no longer see my therapist without risk of being charged such crazy fees for a first time reschedule after 6 months. They have repli... read more
Dr.Short is one of the most amazing caring doctors I have ever encountered! She listens and truly cares! She will get you feeling great again🥰
If I could give them a zero I would. I have been trying to get a refill on my son's medication for over a week. Each time I called it was "I'll send a message to her coordinator" Each time promises to get things sorted out. Expressing to them my son is now out of his medication since this has been taking so long as the Dr. Only gave him a 30 day supply. My last call on Friday I was told that the Dr. wasn't even in this week, but someone should be covering her....yadda yadda just more excuses. I dont normally blast companies ... read more
Chanda, is the only one that listen to me and my husband. Chanda is my husband doctor. She is on top of things with his medication. I thank her for taken my husband off of the medication that was taking him down to grave yard dead. We love her. She is the best.
Chandra was great, helping me with my medical problems and is very kind, she listens and has a great personality and is very professional.
