I am normally a skeptic. But even after my initial appointment , I felt like this is a place I feel comfortable opening up. MK actively listens and doesn’t look distracted like I found with other therapist in other companies. Thank you Lifestance I genuinely appreciate the help I’m receiving .

Tamika Cobb-Ali is my therapist. I am very pleased to have finally found the right therapist for me after visiting several other therapists over a nine year period! Tamika listens, understands, respects, and supports me. She is excellent at delivering cognitive behavioral therapy.

I am always well taken care of by my Doctor. She is nice and likes to laugh. She is always making sure I am doing well in all aspects. I would really recommend, my doctor is always putting herself in my shoes, to help understand more. "Dr. Bernadette Momoh" is the best! I would recommend her and Lifestance to anyone.

Not a good resource for crisis management...PHP at meadowwood did more for me in two weeks than five years of being a LifeStance patient
