TERRIBLE intake!!! Trying to get an appointment. I have now had three calls with LifeStance staff and uploaded my personal information twice - including submitting a copy of ID and insurance cards. My insurance provider did a 3-way call with LifeStance and confirmed insurance coverage and is emailing further written confirmation. Still the LifeStance worker said she could not verify my coverage and would have to send it to their verification team....but did not have contact information to share with the insurance provid... read more

Dr. Farah Motiwala is extremely unprofessional and very unethical. I personally doubt is she is a real doctor. I complained about her unprofessional conduct to the life stance manager! I wouldn’t recommend this person to anyone. I wasn’t even seen by her and she treated me so disrespectful at the front desk! I had an appointment with her which I walked away from. I doubt if this person is a real doctor! She was speaking loud in the waiting room about my insurance and other patients were listening in the waiting area! Needles... read more

Dr. Motiwala is great! She listens and has empathy towards what you may be going through. Very easy to talk to and never makes you feel afraid to address certain issues or concerns at the sessions.

Dr. Cyr is the best psychiatrist I’ve ever worked with. She approaches what’s going on from multiple angles and really listens. She’s innovative and proactive.

These are great therapists! They have very workable hours, easy to schedule and reschedule. Every team member I’ve worked with has been very helpful, considerate, and provided consistent usable feedback to have productive therapy sessions. I’m really thankful I have LifeStance as a resource!
