My family member completed neuropsychological testing with LifeStance in McLean in early October 2025. The evaluation report contained significant and life-altering findings; however, instead of scheduling an in-person or even timely virtual meeting to discuss the results, the provider simply emailed the raw scores and conclusions without explanation or context. TERRIBLE intake!!! Trying to get an appointment. I have now had three calls with LifeStance staff and uploaded my personal information twice - including submitting a copy of ID and insurance cards. My insurance provider did a 3-way call with LifeStance and confirmed insurance coverage and is emailing further written confirmation. Still the LifeStance worker said she could not verify my coverage and would have to send it to their verification team....but did not have contact information to share with the insurance provid... read more
