Dr. Farah Motiwala is extremely unprofessional and very unethical. I personally doubt is she is a real doctor. I complained about her unprofessional conduct to the life stance manager! I wouldn’t recommend this person to anyone. I wasn’t even seen by her and she treated me so disrespectful at the front desk! I had an appointment with her which I walked away from. These are great therapists! They have very workable hours, easy to schedule and reschedule. Every team member I’ve worked with has been very helpful, considerate, and provided consistent usable feedback to have productive therapy sessions. I’m really thankful I have LifeStance as a resource!
Love my psychiatrist Dr.Farah. She's patient with me, and takes the time to address my concerns and questions and inform me on the medications. And most importantly she does not try to push medications on me. She allows to be involded in my care and gives me the room to make informed decisions.
Dr. Motiwala is great! She listens and has empathy towards what you may be going through. Very easy to talk to and never makes you feel afraid to address certain issues or concerns at the sessions.
Reading other reviews I see this is Life stances reputation - they are actively overcharging my card and refusing to provide documentation or itemization to me. I've been waiting over a week to hear back from them after noticing more than $100 of small overcharges that don't match any billing statement. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR AUTO PAY. I'm making this review hoping that life stance will do the right thing and respond to my billing inquiry before I take the issue up the Michigan Attorney General, the BBB, and my credit card issu... read more
