Upfront billing, incredible staff and services. No standoffish attitudes or demeaning interactions. A complete 180 from my previous experience elsewhere! That was short lived. Another dishonest, thieving mental health service. Charging me twice for every past appt. Terminating their services from my life.
Kristy Washington from LifeStance was excellent. She listened and made recommendations that were well thought out in our first appointment. I would highly recommend LifeStance and Ms. Washington.
My first one ever in Therapy and for me I was very relaxed and helped me the first visit with my grief. Looking forward to my next appointment.
Great processional and caring therapist that are great and helping you out of your problem. Melanie is the best counselor out there that I would recommend to everyone.
Ended how it started. I utilized LifeStance through my jobs EAP program & it took weeks of speaking to multiple employees at LifeStance to update my account to bill my sessions through my EAP, I was told I’d get callbacks once my account was updated, never received a call back from any of the reps. Had my therapist confirm the EAP was on file in our first session, taking time out of our session just to get billing squared away.
