I was able to get my appointment quickly compared to many other providers. Kristy is very empathetic & knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Very happy with the process.
The front desk/administrative staff is very helpful and understanding. Danielle Giuliano, PhD, PMHNP-B, is respectful of your issues and takes the time to listen. I would highly recommend Danielle and LifeStance.
Upfront billing, incredible staff and services. No standoffish attitudes or demeaning interactions. A complete 180 from my previous experience elsewhere! That was short lived. Another dishonest, thieving mental health service. Charging me twice for every past appt. Terminating their services from my life.
Kristy Washington from LifeStance was excellent. She listened and made recommendations that were well thought out in our first appointment. I would highly recommend LifeStance and Ms. Washington.
The therapist was professional and very knowledgeable. Pleasant and patient.
