We like our Therapist but the business office who manages patients records etc is quite poor. We constantly get issues with our insurance information regarding billing. It's like they have people processing billing that have no idea what they are doing. In the span of 3 years about 2 or 3 times a year our insurance data which hasn't changed in years keeps getting screwed up. They file with the wrong insurance first or file against the parent who is NOT the patient. We have to bombard them with calls ti get them to fix it. I ... read more
So far I have really loved every counselor or NP I have dealt with whether it be In person or by tele-appt. 5 Stars to them! But their website/portal is B.S.. You are urged to do everything via the portal, like messaging your care provider but it’s pretty apparent that either they do not check their messages OR they don’t receive them. Enjoy being able to not leave work to get my therapy session. Have made a great deal of progress and love my therapist and psychiatrist. They both have done a great deal to get me where I am. I have recommended to others.
I have been seeing Amy Gallardo since I started with Lifestance and she has been amazing. She listens to what I say and even remembers it when I only see her once a month. She also gets back to me right away when I message her in between appointments. I definitely recommend meeting with her!
I had to fill out fourteen different intake forms that they sent me in three separate waves, call them IMMEDIATELY to give them my credit card information ahead of time, or they threatened to cancel my appointment, had to confirm the appointment two different ways, and then after jumping through ALL of those hoops, the therapist didn't even show up to the appointment. I then sat on hold waiting for someone from their billing department to answer for LITERALLY 40 minutes, just so I could ensure I wouldn't be charged for THEM... read more
