The communication is really poor. Channels are not open and response times are long
It has been impossible to get care and service. I have left numerous messages, they seem to go into the abyss, and called and have spoken to 6 people (maybe the same person?)... the communication is terrible and unprofessional and it took more than 10 days to get my prescription sent to the right place. Awful, 0 stars
