My therapist Rachael is very attentive, sweet and really listens to what I am saying. She very thorough and understanding. She took her time with me and got to know me which really helps build trust. I am looking forward to more sessions and getting the help I need.

Lifestance at times has been a life line. Both my Therapist, that I have had the last 2 years, and both of the Psychiatrists I have had in that time frame, have been very professional. I am actually too really surprised with what all my Therapist has been comfortable talking about. I was sure I was going to lose him due to discomfort of over sexual trauma, but nope.
