Dr. Albert is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. She is very attentive and patient. She listens to you! Yes, that's what I said. She is friendly, warm and thorough. I hope she never leaves because it's been a long time since I felt so comfortable with a doctor. I give her 10 stars for her bedside manner.
Very professional visit. Provider spent plenty of time with an intake interview obtaining history and was able to give helpful suggestions going forward. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.
I have a credit on my account and they will not refund my money. They keep saying 6-10 weeks to process the refund each time I call, with the last call being 10 weeks ago. They also say they have no record of the last call...very troubling and not a company that seems honest and straight forward.
Kaj is incredible! After just my first session, I feel like I have finally met someone who listens and understands me. I am so excited to have found a great fit finally.
