I have a credit on my account and they will not refund my money. They keep saying 6-10 weeks to process the refund each time I call, with the last call being 10 weeks ago. They also say they have no record of the last call...very troubling and not a company that seems honest and straight forward.

Lifestance is owned by private equity firms. During my two visits I disclosed repeatedly — at least half a dozen times — that I did not want to work with a PE-owned provider. Not once did anyone acknowledge this or suggest we might not be a good fit. That alone should tell you something about how this organization operates. For context: Lifestance has an outstanding class action suit for allegedly installing spyware to sell patient data to Facebook and Google. They have paid tens of millions in lawsuit settlements. Very professional visit. Provider spent plenty of time with an intake interview obtaining history and was able to give helpful suggestions going forward. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.
