Very professional visit. Provider spent plenty of time with an intake interview obtaining history and was able to give helpful suggestions going forward. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I have a credit on my account and they will not refund my money. They keep saying 6-10 weeks to process the refund each time I call, with the last call being 10 weeks ago. They also say they have no record of the last call...very troubling and not a company that seems honest and straight forward.

Continuously will bill you even after extensive discussions with insurance and billing. 3 times now I have received a bill for $235 from 2 years ago. The claim was submitted to my insurance out of window and I have already established through discussions with billing and insurance that this bill a provider responsibility, and should be written off. Billing is 100% predatory and Lifestance is absolutely shameless about it. No doubt they work their providers to the bone as well—I’ve had 3 providers quit the practice entirely... read more
