I have been going to this place for over 10 years. I have been on the same amount of the same medication for over 15 years. One doctor i have seen for the past few years left the company and they put me with a new doctor who cut my monthly medication by 1/3rd. I have no idea what I'm going to do this upcoming month only having 2/3 of the medication I'm used to having. They are not even trying to help me fix the situation. For a mental health clinic, they are the least empathetic people I have ever met. I have never been called about my copay until recently. Found out I owe a crap ton. Can't get help, can't get medicine.From Billing all the way to the provider I had are just a bunch of lifeless people who I would've thought were human too, but no. LifeStance Health - Snellville Office I am highly disappointed with LifeStance Health's lack of communication. I've experienced long wait times on hold when trying to reach their medical service team. Additionally, the office manager, Jennifer, failed to notify patients about the recent relocation of the Snellville office. We didn't receive any calls or emails from you about this move, which has caused significant inconvenience. To make matters worse, I discovered overcharges on my account. I was referred here and it truly has been the best experience. My therapist I have been seeing over 2 years and she has helped me in so many ways I didn’t know I needed. Childhood trauma, adult trauma, my emotions and learning how to regulate them , other issues I have experienced that has affected my life. I’m forever grateful for Courtney G. Snellville location

I absolutely love Dr. Zicole Browne. He is thorough and exceptionally knowledgeable however, my issue is with Dartiss Chevalier located at the Conyers office . I scheduled an appointment with her and I arrived 10 minutes early. The office is in a building with several other business. When I got to the door it was locked. I knocked on the door and no one came to the door. I continued to wait because I knew I was a little early. I sat outside the door for about 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.
