LifeStance was the best choice I’ve made in a long time. I’ve always attempted to self-help myself and tell myself I didn’t need anyone to vent to that I could handle it. All in all I couldn’t. I see my therapist there and my medication prescriber. They are both wonderful and caring. They don’t rush you and they actually listen to how you are feeling. I am so blessed
Most absurd policy this practice has in order to schedule an appointment is to put a credit card on file in case you miss an appointment or have an outstanding balance. Way to show you put the patients well-being first. I have been waiting over 5 weeks for a return call and after calling twice and filling out intake form. No call back. I have been having a extremely difficult time and when reaching out for help this is what I am told No credit card no service.
