Every since my doctor's practice was taken over by lifestance the service has become atrocious. If I didn't love my Drs I would have run for the hills a long time ago. Shitty patient portal, constant problems with telehealth, poor communication, can't call my doctor's office, instead having to call in to random call centers with people who didn't seem to know much. Found a provider match quickly and it ended up being a great fit. I need telehealth as an option and had no issues scheduling and having my appointment. Would recommend.
Dr Will has been a breath of hope when I really needed it. He’s very smart. He listens very intently and he makes sense when explaining things to me
Everyone here is extremely nice, informative and helpful. The office team is communicative and will follow up with you for any questions/concerns.
