Not great. They hooked me up with a counselor on referral who after many years of searching, seemed like a perfect fit. Then, less than a week later, they let me down…After an initial one hour successful meeting and when the counselor’s “supervisor” decided that he wasn’t a good fit, they declined to let me see him again due to his lack of expertise in my areas of need. Less an assessment of their services and more of their company policy. Canceled an appointment 4 full days before appointment (nearly to the hour) and hit with ~$60 cancellation fee. They take holidays and add them to “non-business days”. I’ll follow up but immediately after seek care with my primary care org.
I do really like my current online doctor. What I do not like is Lifestances billing practices!! For one, if I owe a bill, they don't let me login for my appointment. I can't send a messages or get in contact with my provider. Bad! Next, they've charged me for 5 'No Show' appointments online when I was sitting WAITING for my link to arrive to 'Join the Meeting.' They never sent me a link or the link didn't work. You'd think that maybe they could call you and find out if you recieved the right link and can login. Nope! I swea... read more
Makenzie is awesome. She is very insightful and easy to talk to. I’ve never been in therapy before but she is fantastic.
