So Sara was a good therapist, and this review has nothing to do with her. But please be aware that they make it very difficult to cancel or reschedule appointments. There is no online option or email / text option. You have to call them, but you can't leave a message or anything. And if you call on a weekend or after hours, you can't cancel. A terrible experience. First my appointment was cancelled because I hadn’t yet filled out the Forms… 2 DAYS before the appointment. Since most places let you fill out forms closer to the apt they should have sent an email warning about their timeline- they did not, they left a VM which didn’t warn about cancellation or give the timeline. I called to reschedule, she promised to call back at agreed upon time and didn’t. The actual visit was great. The website I had to navigate in order to see my provider was glitchy, needlessly invasive, and unstable.

My psychiatrist, Dr. Dora-Linda Wang has helped me out so much with my general anxiety disorder and the lifestance app is very easy to set up appointments with. I highly recommend both

I personally have had a great experience with my psychiatrist from this location. It's been a couple years now. They keep me grounded and whenever I need something they are quick to do it.
