WORST experience I have ever had in healthcare. Not only that LifeStance makes it IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with your care team and adjust appointments unless you call them (what year is this, 2010?). I should have known this would be the case as when I showed up the two persons at the front desk said NOTHING to me. Instead, I put my name on the sign-in sheet 1 foot from their faces and waited. And waited. 2 minutes past my appt time, I walked up and asked. Dude behind the plastic divider said, "I'll message him again". ... read more
Appointment was made two months in advance, then cancelled 10 days before the appointment. Explanation was that "schedule is full".
So Sara was a good therapist, and this review has nothing to do with her. But please be aware that they make it very difficult to cancel or reschedule appointments. There is no online option or email / text option. You have to call them, but you can't leave a message or anything. And if you call on a weekend or after hours, you can't cancel. It was a great experience. User friendly interface and a wonderful doctor who actually listened.
A terrible experience. First my appointment was cancelled because I hadn’t yet filled out the Forms… 2 DAYS before the appointment. Since most places let you fill out forms closer to the apt they should have sent an email warning about their timeline- they did not, they left a VM which didn’t warn about cancellation or give the timeline.
