I am a new patient and had a virtual appointment scheduled for today. I have been in the virtual waiting room for over an hour waiting for the provider. I completed new patient forms and confirmed my appointment twice, so I am not sure how the provider missed my appointment. I have tried messaging the provider and office staff, but have not heard anything. It is apparently too early for the office staff to answer the phone. This is honestly ridiculous. Professional and organized clinic. Modern and renovated spaces afford in-person and tele health options. Parking is super easy if you decide to show up in person. Alex is astute and empathetic. It is clear the practice runs a standard intake process. Highly recommend and advised.
