kind, attentive, focused on getting details without interrupting me to get done with it faster. it was an hour appointment but it felt like it went by in 20 minutes! excited to see him again.

Your system does not have online scheduling available, even for existing clients. Additionally, for family therapy, there is not an advocate to assist with find agreeable schedules with parties that are in conflict. Once I call, the operator is able to schedule only if you know the needs of everyone. It’s very stressful.

I Haven’t had a therapist that truly understands me and listens to me like my therapist did today. I will definitely be coming back and this place is truly amazing. I feel like I’m finally being heard.

The front desk woman is extremely professional and efficient. I only had to tell her my name on my first visit and she knows me every time I come in. She does a fantastic job remembering my preferred time and day. I adore my therapist too-he is amazing and has continually helped me immensely thru my difficult times. Overall great experience!
