The staff is always helpful and go above and beyond to take care of my needs. And always return my calls as quickly as they can never a long wait always a great experience.And as for Scott Frink he’s always available if I have any questions or concerns I may have. He is really the first in a long but short term list of therapist that I feel great about. So yes, I am very happy with Life Stance. Thank you.
I am beyond amazed that Lisa Nutter has a doctorate in helping mentally ill people. She doesn't listen to her patients. She allows them to slip through the cracks because she doesn't pay attention to them and their needs. She clearly has too many patients to be able.to give the attention they need because all she sees is a paycheck. Her front office staff is a joke and cannot do their jobs right. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in a doctors office.
I have always been very happy with my treatment with LifeStance.
I had my appointment today with Dr. Simkowitz and he was very kind about what I am going through right now.
Lisa Nutter and her staff are exceptionally caring and attentive. Lisa does a good job of listening, and genuinely cares about your well-being.
