Have a medical concern seeking urgent help. 1st they refuse to see me because I don't bring family or friend to 1st appointment. I don't have anyone in country that would know me like that. I need my privacy respected, after all I am not a minor. So I beg to wave that requirement. 4 days later they call and say they will wave this requirement. No stars. I had to pick one star to be able to post! My counselor Stacy Barry was dismissive, preemptive and rude on my first call. Today, a month later, I called for in my second appointment I wanted to discuss his attitude on the previous appt call to avoid having another session like that and he hung up on me. Front desk said no other counselors were available or have room in their schedules to treat me. These people were a total waste of my time.
It’s been all about money with their system not taking my debit or credit card before making an appointment. I have health insurance and the ability to pay. They do not have a system that wants to load my credit card or debit card information, so they will not book an appointment for me. I’m unsure if they have good doctors or anything, because of a technical issue. I will probably go untreated as trying to work through the appointment process has been so hard.
