I just had my first visit, provider was on time, very thorough in explaining how first appointment works. I never felt rushed and was able to ask questions. So far a great start to a new therapy office.
So happy with my appointments every time listens cares makes me feel heard.
Its a complete redundant pain in the neck. It asks the same questions over and over and no I'm not going to scan in my drivers license!
Talking with Mark Shelford is always so helpful. He's impartial, but helps me assess my issue objectively. Give him a raise!!
