My experience with LifeStance Therapy has been overwhelmingly positive from start to finish. As a first-time therapy client, I wasn't sure what to expect, but the entire process—from booking to attending weekly sessions—has been smooth and stress-free. I was signed up to receive thier services with an appointment booked. I received a message through the portal that my insurance could not be verified due to addresses not matching. I called to confirm my address was matching with both my insurance company and lifestance. Billing confirmed my address was correct on file and matched the address on my insurance as well. My experience with Dr Stephon Martin is excellent. He’s down to earth, patient, takes the time to explain and is never judgmental. Always a pleasure to see him, and he responds to messages quickly!
