I just had my first visit, provider was on time, very thorough in explaining how first appointment works. I never felt rushed and was able to ask questions. So far a great start to a new therapy office.
Talking with Mark Shelford is always so helpful. He's impartial, but helps me assess my issue objectively. Give him a raise!!

I've been here several times over the last few years and everyone I have been in contact with is wonderful. The doctors have specific days they are in the office and if you are aware which ones, scheduling is easy. I typically call to make my appointment rather than schedule 3 months in advance. Diane is typically the person I speak with when scheduling appointments. She is always friendly, and accommodating.
