I was signed up to receive thier services with an appointment booked. I received a message through the portal that my insurance could not be verified due to addresses not matching. I called to confirm my address was matching with both my insurance company and lifestance. Billing confirmed my address was correct on file and matched the address on my insurance as well. I feel like my Dr understands the type of treatment im looking for and provides the right care. Im pretty picky and a bit complicated so its a big deal to find a place im comfortable with

I just had my first visit, provider was on time, very thorough in explaining how first appointment works. I never felt rushed and was able to ask questions. So far a great start to a new therapy office.
