I feel blessed that I have Dr. Richardson as my provider. He's a great man that I look up to. He is very engaged in my well-being as well as my family's well-being! I feel that I can be completely honest with him in all aspects of my well-being. He always has valuable insight on all my questions and problems. I could go on and on, but I think you get the point. The staff was very professional and was very attentive to my needs. Dr. Richardson is so caring, understanding and authentic. He is the first physician that I have interacted with that allows me to be honest 💯 percent. Dr. Richardson and his staff gets a grade of an A+ from me. I donot have one single complaint against the services that I received.
I had an appointment Tuesday and they called me minutes before they closed to tell me that my appointment has to be rescheduled because the workers are working from home tomorrow… would have been nice to know earlier. I have a follow up appointment on Wednesday that heavily relies on the one I had Tuesday and they decide to tell me last minute that they have to cancel. Dr Richardson is a fine doctor. He looks at what’s been happening with my all around health, past, present and going forward. I feel at ease at the end of my sessions because he has address any concerns I may have. Thank you, Dr Richardson.
I have been going to LifeStance Health since 2018. They are terrific! I have an awesome psychiatrist and I also found a wonderful therapist. They also have a great pharmacy inside that will mail or FedEx your medication to you the next day. If you need help, they have more locations, but I go to the Smyrna location.
