I was charged $125 for an appointment I tried to reschedule with Jane Sullivan’s office. I emailed confirmation showing I attempted to reschedule the week of April 20th, 2025, but received no response. When I reached out for help, I was told they couldn’t assist with billing—even though the payment was made directly to them. Always right on the ball. I messed up and tried to call into my appointment an hour late and they still found the time later in the day to reschedule my appointment! Dr. Simkowitz and staff and extremely professional as well as pleasant to deal with.
Experienced Psychologists and Psychiatrists, multiple different specialties, multiple locations, with helpful front-desk staff (Leslie at the Arlington office is always helpful). I saw multiple providers as a result of some testing that was done at another office, and felt that I was always treated respectfully and compassionately. Totally incompetent. I was seeing an NP here for over a year, then they randomly sent me to a collections agency despite having a valid credit card on file, and me always paying my bills on time. They never even tried to contact me to tell me I owed them anything
No one picks up the phone. No one responds to emails. As a veteran in need of services, this level of customer service is despicable. I have already submitted a complaint with all relevant bureaus and organizations against this place. If you value your mental health, I would advise you look elsewhere.
