I am with Lifestance for a third time. I have been working with Dr. Jaffe and she is amazing and cares for my wellbeing. She listens and works together with me to help achieve a better me. I had two bad experiences with Brooke B., NP and Karen, NP. They made me feel unheard and discounted my feelings. They managed me based on what was easiest for them, not me.

I’ve been going here for five years now. I used to go to the Stockbridge office, but now I see someone in the Brookhaven office. I live doing my appointments via telehealth. It makes it so easy to keep them on schedule each month. I’ve been seeing the same provider for a long time now and have a great relationship with her. Saw a MH doctor to get on meds for an issue but, he called the script into the wrong pharmacy forty-five minutes away.. that pharmacy is out of the medication indefinitely and because the medication is controlled, the script cannot be transferred, even within their own company. I’ve been trying for one week now to get the doctor to cancel that script and send a new one to the correct pharmacy but he’s only in-office two days per week (how nice that must be).. also, I’m convinced 99% of the five-star reviews are either ai gen... read more

I have been using LifeStance a little over 2 years now. It is extremely easy and convenient, and my life has improved dramatically over the paat 3 years. I absolutely adore my psychiatrist and my therapist I was assigned from the beginning. But good news is that if you do want to change, they make it effortless to do so. Thank you Lifestance for doing a fantastic job and getting me back to enjoying life!
