Met my therapist Sean Blackburn last week! He was excellent. Listened actively and is going to help me cope with my issues. He’s easy to talk to. Is setting up appointments to start teaching me coping skills. Everyone there was courteous and friendly. Looking forward to the future.
The providers I have seen have always been kind and caring and truly listen. All the staff, including front desk, have been wonderful. I’ve been attending the Prosperous Place location for over 5 years and never had any issues at all.
I absolutely love my experience, I have every single time with my therapist. She’s the best and I enjoy talking with her she very knowledgeable and helpful with any issues I’m needing help with. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
I had a scheduled tele-heath appointment with Lifestance Health. When logged on and the provider never did, we called the company to see what happened. The apologized, and that's the end. Sent us a bill for the full visit that I never had. We called several times to see why they were billing me. They said they would call back but never would, only sending numerous texts that we had to pay. We finally had to pay the bill to keep our credit strong.
