I had a scheduled tele-heath appointment with Lifestance Health. When logged on and the provider never did, we called the company to see what happened. The apologized, and that's the end. Sent us a bill for the full visit that I never had. We called several times to see why they were billing me. They said they would call back but never would, only sending numerous texts that we had to pay. We finally had to pay the bill to keep our credit strong. Only posting low cause of who I’m seeing now I have had so much trauma in my life from birth on I had a great doc but lost him due to missing apts that’s my fault my new doc don’t even talk to me she judges me cause yes I’m a recovering drug user!!! Not a safe place for women. They demanded to track my pregnancy status yearly, even though it is not medically necessary, and when the political climate is unsafe for tracking that kind of information. This is a Lifestance policy, not a federal policy, and the provider I saw gave me the run-around when I asked about it. I am now without medication because, according to Lifestance, a hypothetical fetus that will never exist trumps my care and medical needs.

Scheduled a Telehealth appointment, paid my co-pay before the appointment, joined the video call 15 minutes early and stayed in the call 25 minutes past the initial start time for said appointment, only for the provider not to show up at all. Received no call back from the provider explaining, offering a refund for my co-pay, or offering to reschedule the appointment. Very dissatisfied and very unprofessional.

I always have the best experience here. The person at front desk has always been so kind and helpful and my providers, Adrienne and Amanda, are the best! In a section of healthcare that can be so sensitive, they are excellent!
