I’ve been a patient for many years because of my amazing practitioner and have stayed ONLY because his care is exceptional. That said, the front desk staff are aggressive and antagonistic, the customer service is non-existent, and the virtual visit platform switch was a disaster with no support from the office staff. The phone tree to call in for assistance is an exercise in patience and the staff are hesitant to give out direct office numbers (to call North Olmsted directly instead of the Ohio general number, for instance).... read more
I am really impressed with the counseling I received. Ms. Emrich was very professional, very knowledgeable, concerned and a good ear for listening. She made very good suggestions and I felt comfortable opening up to her.

After finally taking the difficult step to start therapy, I missed one appointment and reached out to reschedule. Not only did no one respond or check in to see if everything was okay, but the only consistent communication I received was about a $50 balance. That alone shows me where their priorities lie — not in client care, but in business. For a place that’s supposed to help people, the lack of basic compassion or follow-up is disappointing.
Evaluated my husband, billed us $1500 and refused to treat him despite “positive” evaluation results. We disputed the charge with our credit card company and won and they are still trying to charge us. Send it to collections scammers. We called you 4 times and were promised a call back about refusal to provide care after the evaluation
