Carly (Hamaoui) has been the biggest blessing. I have awful anxiety and she has never let me down. She not only helps me with just the basic care a psychiatrist can provide she also is always willing to provide reassurance, takes her time, and listens to me. Thank you so much Carly!
Carly is the best I couldn't ask for a better psychologist than her. She have seen me through all my bad times. Heard me crying telling her how life was just kicking my butt. But she stayed there through it all and I appreciate her so very much. I'm doing much better mentally and emotionally.
The prescriber showed genuine concern and demonstrated superior knowledge when deciding which medications to provide the patient for maximum effectiveness. Highly recommend LifeStance. Carly is exceptional in her work and I h ighly recommend checking with the Life Stance staff to see if you can find a good match also.
I’ve been a patient for many years because of my amazing practitioner and have stayed ONLY because his care is exceptional. That said, the front desk staff are aggressive and antagonistic, the customer service is non-existent, and the virtual visit platform switch was a disaster with no support from the office staff. The phone tree to call in for assistance is an exercise in patience and the staff are hesitant to give out direct office numbers (to call North Olmsted directly instead of the Ohio general number, for instance).... read more
I previously wrote a different negative review but someway somehow Lifestance health found new way to disappoint me. I scheduled an examination for Autism. The wait for the appointment was several months and I was told it would be a long appointment (3-4 hours), so I took the day off work (which was a miracle in the first place). Upon entering my appointment I was told by the doctor (who was nice) that she didn't do autism evaluations, she only did ADHD.
