I had made this psychiatrist's office aware there was a problem over a month ago. The doctor was kind of rude and condescending. He wasn't listening to what I was saying, judging by what he said. I didn't feel understood or heard. Felt he was chastising me like a bad child. I was assured they'd look into it, but have never heard anything else. They bill awfully high prices. Tina Steen has provided countless hours of care of the very best quality. This staunch advocate of my wellness and that of many others exudes compassion and intelligence. Tina's knowledge base is tremendous making her excellent at what she does. Her heart is even keener.
Called to schedule a therapy appointment for my child at Brecksville location after a referral was put in. I called many times, waited more than 20 minutes each time, no one picks up the phone! And when someone finally does, you can feed the attitude over the phone! Please improve the quality of your customer service. Improve the portal to be put on cancellation list instead of waiting for months to get in! The providers are great, but the infrastructure is poor.
I am so grateful for the professionalism of my counselors. I encourage anyone struggling with any aspect of themselves or life in general to make contact with Lifestance and get your process started. We all need a helping hand and caring heart at some point in life. #noshame
Lifestance is horrible. It's like budget psych care. I'm kicking myself for not looking into this place and doctor before going. Wasting my time and money. I saw Dr. Anthony Smartnick. Worst psychiatric "care" I've ever received. I was treated like a number and made to feel extraordinarily uncomfortable. Spent almost no time with me. Cuased me serious problems with drugs. He was sued by his previous employer (I did look it up cause others mentioned he was sued!) This is the cherry on top. Ugh
