This place keeps sending me invoices. i’ve called their billing department three times and they said that they would take care of it. I quit going here over 2 years ago after they wanted me to take a $3400 ADHD test to get prescribe Adderall despite them already diagnosing me with it and treating me with non stimulant medications. Went to my primary care doctor and got the prescription for Adderall which only costed my $220 for the visit. Much more affordable than $3400 plus the $300 visits. I love that I don’t have to go to the office, that I can do Telehealth. The system is very quick & easy to use. All the people that I have spoken to have been more than friendly and helpful. My Dr is really nice and tries hard to find out what I need or what would work best for me. Overall. It’s a very good company to do business with.
This place is great.They worked with me to get me in.Immediately, the very next day for a visit and my therapist is amazing! I couldn't have had any better experience with LifeStance than the one I had. Thanks-
If i could give zero stars I would. SCAM PROVIDERS. Do NOT go to this company if you need help of any sort. I was a patient here for 4 consecutive years, in person and virtual. I trusted my providers for 4 years to hear me and help me. Instead, they diagnosed me wildly incorrectly and therefore gave me medication that never helped and never would have helped me.
