I’ve been a patient at life stands for about two months. I’ve had a positive experience and recently went through ADHD testing with Angela. She was really patient and kind. Sherri is very patient and knowledgeable. Even though I don't particularly like virtual counseling for my nephew, she made it a good experience for both of us. I believe that he will benefit from sessions with her.

We've been seeing one of the therapists for a couple months. After repeatedly asking for ways to cope, tools to help and just asking for some type of ways to improve the handling of our challenging life issues we've brought forth...we got nothing but a therapist that would sit there and search the internet looking for places to send us. We didn't get any coping mechanisms or tools/techniques to use to help our situation. The booking, the therapy, the billing... everything is just so simple and effective. I never have to concern myself with any of it. This is by far the best experience I've ever had getting mental help. Many other supposed mental health professionals have caused me no end of grief, to the point that I was worse of for having gone there. Not here. The doctors in terms of medication know what they are doing. The customer service sucks though. They rescheduled me to a new doctor twice because insurance and the second time that doctor was also not covered under my insurance. I was told I was moving to a new doctor but they still had me set up for the old doctor that wasn't covered. I called the office to have this corrected and the lady on the phone said she would transfer me to someone who would help but she just sent me back to the main menu.
