If I could give no stars, I would. In fact, I cannot recommend avoiding this place enough. My family doctor started me on medicine but she said since she doesn’t specialize in mental health, to go to LifeStance. The person I saw, Ashley Hollins, went on leave for 3 months and during that time I saw a different therapist, they decided to double the dosage of medicine I was on. I’ve been a patient at life stands for about two months. I’ve had a positive experience and recently went through ADHD testing with Angela. She was really patient and kind. I’ve really been struggling with this, especially since I lost my mother last May. I did not know what was wrong with me, which was causing anxiety and depression. Sherri is very patient and knowledgeable. Even though I don't particularly like virtual counseling for my nephew, she made it a good experience for both of us. I believe that he will benefit from sessions with her.
Very compassionate group of practioners! Easy to access and appointment time as a new patient was reasonable!
We've been seeing one of the therapists for a couple months. After repeatedly asking for ways to cope, tools to help and just asking for some type of ways to improve the handling of our challenging life issues we've brought forth...we got nothing but a therapist that would sit there and search the internet looking for places to send us. We didn't get any coping mechanisms or tools/techniques to use to help our situation.
