Deborah McKee is so kind, knowledgeable, and listens to you. Also, the reception greets you so nicely. The office operates very professionally. I highly recommend.
If i could give zero stars I would. SCAM PROVIDERS. Do NOT go to this company if you need help of any sort. I was a patient here for 4 consecutive years, in person and virtual. I trusted my providers for 4 years to hear me and help me. Instead, they diagnosed me wildly incorrectly and therefore gave me medication that never helped and never would have helped me. Awful place with awful providers and even worse customer service. I would give negative stars if I could. I first started with this company when it was PsychBC in 2020. I never got the help, coping skills, or even medication that would have helped me. I was incorrectly diagnosed on the VERY FIRST VISIT with my provider. She said "you have this" and medicated me from there. If I could give no stars, I would. In fact, I cannot recommend avoiding this place enough. My family doctor started me on medicine but she said since she doesn’t specialize in mental health, to go to LifeStance. The person I saw, Ashley Hollins, went on leave for 3 months and during that time I saw a different therapist, they decided to double the dosage of medicine I was on. Please note, I’ve NEVER been told if my pharmacy reaches out to them for authorization for a refill, they don’t answer them. I was not told if I needed... read more
It was a very good experience. Being able to be at the comfort of your own home. Dr. Cash is very knowledgeable, understanding and made sure I understood what she was explaining.
