Scheduling the appointments was super easy but they’ll never actually see you. They cancelled my appointment yesterday because the provider was ill. Okay that’s fine. Rescheduled the appointment for the middle of January. I had an appointment today for med management and waited 20 minutes on the video waiting room with no answer so I called the office. Worked well. Easy process. Excellent counselor! Unfortunately she doesn’t take my insurance so I have to go somewhere else and find a new counselor. I chose her because we had worked together in the past, shes an excellent counselor, and I was hoping to continue and not have to start all over looking for someone who is as good and who does not know my history…it took me 11 yrs to find her…not all counselors are good or proficient at what they do… she is.

My therapist was absolutely wonderful and I will forever be grateful for all that she helped me through. However, dealing with the billing department is an absolute nightmare. I never get someone when I call and when I last left a voicemail, I didn't get a call back until AN ENTIRE MONTH later. I keep receiving updated balances without any statements suggesting the price increase. I'd love to try and talk to someone about it but never can get ahold of someone. First doctor I had was impersonal, rude, and did not fit my needs. I was able to use the website to schedule my first appointment, but in order to change my doctor I have to call on the phone. Maybe it doesn't occur to them that people seeing a mental health professional may have severe anxiety and a lot of difficulty speaking on the phone. I have used the telemed appointment exclusively with Laura and I can’t speak highly enough about the efficiency of the whole process! I feel like since I am in my home environment doing my sessions I am at ease and I am comfortable! The app is very easy to use and the sound and clarity is great! Would recommend to anyone looking for counseling!
