When they changed over from Advent Medical Group to LifeStance, many doctors and wonderful staff members left and it continues to happen. For whatever reason they have went downhill since then. They say in order to reach your providers or to request refills, to message them in the patient portal. We were told they are supposed to respond within two business days. I’ve been seeing Ashley Wisdom for several months and I’m so glad I chose her. Working in healthcare is stressful and we deal with things our families can’t understand so it’s been helpful having someone to keep my head on straight 🤪. The scheduling process was easy and the communication between Life Stance and myself is great. I recommend this to anyone who needs to talk to someone or just keep your feet on the ground.
Honestly, save your time. They love treating you like an addict, then when you have something to say about it they perscribe you a mood stabilizer in order to make you comply. Truly disgusting.
Megan Robison has been so great for me and my Bipolar Disorder. She’s attentive, listens thoroughly, she’s very friendly and always so accommodating! I could not be more pleased!
I have been with Life Stance for several years now. I have two awesome people. I am working with my psychiatrist, Jennifer McMahon Who is very educated regarding medication‘s and has great suggestions and very supportive. I have psychotherapy with Gabrielle Goldstein Who is very caring and takes the time to listen she’s not judgmental. I really enjoy talking with her. I couldn’t have two better doctors.
