Dr. Gabi Goldstein is an exceptional and highly skilled therapist. However, my experience with the overall Lifestance Psychiatry organization has been less positive. I have encountered numerous challenges with scheduling and customer service, which has been frustrating. The staff handling the phone lines often seem to lack empathy and understanding when interacting with patients. I was seen by Megan Robinson in Washington, MO and it was a pleasure to be a new patient there. I hadn’t been to a psychiatrist in over a decade so I was quite nervous. We sat down and did a few intake forms. During that process she really made me feel validated in a way I didn’t know I was lacking. I felt like she did a great job of being psychiatrist in that she straddled the line of therapist and medical practitioner. I’m grateful to have seen her!
Megan Robinsons friendly absolutely AMAZING - she listens to your concerns, fully explains your treatment, and is willing to answer any questions you may have.
Experience was awesome. It was easy to book my appointment. There is no waiting in the waiting room. The nurse practitioner was amazing. Very easy to talk.
I have been a client for awhile now and I think they are professional people who do want the best for their clients.
