Nikki listens to concerns, is understanding, and presents patients with multiple options for treatment and explains them in an easily digestable way before letting them decide what is best for them. Two years with this clinic, two different providers and one therapist. My therapist is great. She has taught me alot about how to deal with my anxiety. Thank you Kera Zepp. Unfortunately, the two separate nurse practioners have the worst level of care. They don't listen. They try to rush you through your appointment without actually addressing your concerns. Robert Ussai is wonderful. He really worked with me to find out what my issues were and how to treat them. He is compassionate and understanding. Mental health can be sensitive and he makes you feel like a normal person. Cannot recommend enough!
They were able to get me diagnosed quickly and I was happy with the diagnosis I received and the care. We were able to get to the root of the issue and adjust some things and start medication that will hopefully help.
I loved my psych, the first appointment felt like i had known her for a long time. She made me feel very welcome. And she was very efficient and quick with her diagnosis and prescriptions but I fully trust her professional opinion 100%. Very excited to continue with you guys! Thank you Kristen!
