I didn’t even get to attend my session because my therapist energy and tone was not welcoming at all. She made a comment as such “ you scheduled this time and I could have been working with other people etc” seemed very standoffish also she was very combative . Her name is Chanece Currie Lawrence and I do not recommend her . I wish I had a better experience my first session but we didn’t make it past 5 minutes due to her non ability to make her client feel safe and open.
LifeStance has been wonderful. Mrs. Miller is great with my daughter. She is very knowledgeable and listens to you. We’ve had nothing but a good experience.
Very difficult. If you call the receptionist, they are all different levels of helpful. (one was a BIG ZERO help as she was more concerned about her "script" than actually LISTENING to what I was in need of..... And just when you think you got somewhere or someone helpful, it ALWAYS seems to fall through the cracks. We still have NO answers. (and now it's been weeks) I use the portal for communication and it deletes what I write. Frustrating. You call. Dead end. Not helpful at all.
My therapist recently retired, my sister recommended lifestance. I seriously can not express how much better i felt after my appointment with Rachel. My shoulders haven’t felt this light in years. I can’t express how thankful I am to have found someone who is so willing and ready to help me and make me laugh along the way. This place is amazing.
This morning I had a virtual appointment with NP Michael Kesserling from LifeStance in Fairlawn and he's truly one of the best mental/behavioral health providers I've ever seen and believe me when I say that I've seen quite a few over the years, both good and bad but he truly is one of the best.
