I had an appointment with a therapist named Lindsay Woodward. We had an intake appointment and she said she would reach out to schedule more and I never heard from her again and had no way of contacting her. Very unprofessional and VERY disappointing for a first therapy experience, I would not recommend this place. They also charged me the full amount without charging my insurance and I cannot get ahold of their billing department.

Showed up to a new patient appointment to a dark and empty office. Gave me a panic attack because I thought I was in the wrong place, but they just incompetently staff their desks. 0/10 what a horrible first impression. You call yourself a mental health clinic and pull stunts like that? Awful.

While they have a policy of charging a large fee for cancellation later than 48 hours prior, they cancelled my first appointment inexplicably less than 24 hours prior with no explanation. I was then matched with another provider randomly who had little to no real experience that I could detect in the areas-domestic violence-that I requested help with. Then, when I tried a third time to get help, I was told they don't have openings and that I could not speak to a provider over the phone prior to making an appointment and wait... read more

My son goes here. He records the time of each session and they are over billing him by as much as half an hour some sessions. He’s tried to call to tell them to release info to me so I can help him sort it out. He’s spent up to an hour on hold then disconnected. Getting nowhere.
