Dr. Sylvia Park is wonderful. Listens and makes adjustments based on the patient stated needs and symptoms. Dr Park is a good listener, kind, thorough, and always asks if the plan sounds okay to the patient before implementing. Some docs take literally 5 minutes with the patient. Dr Park isn't one of those... The virtual visits are handy for those who work M-Fri. They are on time. As many have stated here, no problem with the Providers. They have been great. Lifestance has been awful to deal with administratively. It's hard to get anyone on the phone, and the billing department takes absolutely nothing seriously. I called for weeks to get them to cover an appointment under my insurance, a visit that the insurance company said is covered! I love my therapist! I have nothing negative to say about her! 10/10 recommend. She is very prompt on getting back to me with last minute schedule changes! The billing department however is a different story. My insurance company has not received a claim for 2025. I have sent many portal messages. I had one person message me back twice. was a LifeStance patient in Georgia and attempted to transfer my care when I moved to Maine. I was told the transfer had to come from the old provider. When I called them, they literally forwarded me to a fax number. I later tried to get reestablished as a new patient. While I was on the phone, the only available appointment was booked. Nothing against the providers. LifeStance has no idea how to run a website or build a site that is easy to navigate. Besides being incredibly difficult to navigate the site and figure out what to do, you get robocalls, texts, and emails throughout the week about upcoming appointments, current appointments, reviewing past appointments, feedback questionnaires. It's ridiculous. You can change your settings/preferences, but that straight up doesn't affect anything.
