Nothing against the providers. LifeStance has no idea how to run a website or build a site that is easy to navigate. Besides being incredibly difficult to navigate the site and figure out what to do, you get robocalls, texts, and emails throughout the week about upcoming appointments, current appointments, reviewing past appointments, feedback questionnaires. It's ridiculous. You can change your settings/preferences, but that straight up doesn't affect anything.

I am extremely pleased and honored to have the care of Dr. Sylvia Park on your staff. She is kind, compassionate, a great listener, very attentive to details, honest, and medically astute as far as medications and the correct use of them. She has helped me a great deal, and I feel very fortunate to have her in my life.

I had only a short wait to get in to see my new therapist. Staff at reception desk provided needed assistance with getting telehealth set-up. Office environment is comfortable and the location is scenic. I found an instant report with my therapist, a very experienced and compassionate emotional guide.Without reservation I heartily recommend LifeStance for both in office and telehealth weekly meetings.

Sylvia Park is an amazing provider. She has made me feel heard, never makes me feel judged, and has helped come up with a treatment plan that has genuinely changed my life. I am very thankful for Sylvia and LifeStance!

My therapist showed up to 1 appointment out of 5, no calls, no reschedule, I had to do all the work. But they want to charge you hundreds of dollars if YOU miss an appointment. Then they never contact you when you try to get a new provider.
