My therapist is great, but LifeStance has issues it needs to work out in administration, as well as their systems. Based on the therapist, and the class I'm taking. I would recommend this company. It's hard to find good people, that work in this field.
Despite waiting for an hour with no phone call (which they claim they did) on a zoom chat they are now falsely billing me $140 for a no show fee. Due to not getting in contact I had to pay about $400 out of pocket to see someone outside of my insurance. I would not trust this company with my information or health in the future.
Providers that can't be bothered to show up to appointments. Out of 5 appointments I've set up so far 3 have been cancelled. The provider didn't bother to show up for the first one, and i sat in the virtual waiting room for 45 minutes. No call from the office to tell me my provider wouldnt be showing up. The second appointment ended 20 minutes early and the third appointment, the provider was over 10 minutes late and only showed up after i called the office. Lifestance, and my therapist has been nothing but good to me. I actually feel like I have experienced so much growth from just a few months time of being in therapy. I receive reminders on my upcoming appointment, scheduling is simple, lifestance accepts a wide range of insurances which is great, and my therapy visits are seamless and all online (by choice) which helps me feel comfortable and confident in my environment. Also love my therapist
I’ve been seeing Mandy for nearly 6 months now. Easy check in process. Can setup appointments via their portal. Really liking this practice overall. Mandy is a great listener and give insightful observations.
