Providers that can't be bothered to show up to appointments. Out of 5 appointments I've set up so far 3 have been cancelled. The provider didn't bother to show up for the first one, and i sat in the virtual waiting room for 45 minutes. No call from the office to tell me my provider wouldnt be showing up. The second appointment ended 20 minutes early and the third appointment, the provider was over 10 minutes late and only showed up after i called the office. I am rating based on their process to get an appointment each and every time. This rating is not a reflection of any physician. The required number of questions on forms is ridiculous and they require one to go through all those screens of information for each appointment. Somehow I got registered 2X and i was only able to register after calling and reporting my difficulty with their registration site. So far not impressed and likely to leave this service. Physician was fine, no complaint.

My therapist is great, but LifeStance has issues it needs to work out in administration, as well as their systems. Based on the therapist, and the class I'm taking. I would recommend this company. It's hard to find good people, that work in this field.

I am disappointed with my appointment yesterday. As requested when I scheduled the appointment, I expected to see an MD psychiatrist, but instead the appointment was with a nurse practitioner who prescribed 4 different medications for my clearly described concerns in writing before the appointment and verbally during the appointment. She prescribed medications without explaining the serious drug interactions or the side effects, which I experienced this morning, the first morning after taking the new medications as prescribe... read more

Despite waiting for an hour with no phone call (which they claim they did) on a zoom chat they are now falsely billing me $140 for a no show fee. Due to not getting in contact I had to pay about $400 out of pocket to see someone outside of my insurance. I would not trust this company with my information or health in the future.
