I have the greatest therapist. When I first called Life Stance, I needed a provider to prescribe an anti depressant. She turned out to be great. Consistent , caring and brief - which I wanted. In time she STRONGLY suggested a therapist. I called life stance again - the first one- was not a good fit. I called life stance back and requested another therapist. No questions asked- they gave me someone else. I love her! I’ve worked with her for over a year and it has been so rewarding! THANKYOU LIFE STANCE.

As far as their customer service goes, I am impressed. I pay out of pocket, not that it is anyone's business, and these people have been very accommodating and clear with their rules/restrictions. Briana, their rep on the phone (who was very knowledgeable), was swiftly able to navigate through hurdle after hurdle , leaving me fully satisfied with our strategy after 10 minutes. 5 stars

BEWARE! If you are seeking care, especially if you are neurodivergent, YOU WILL BE A TARGET of LifeStance health. For OVER A YEAR I couldn't get ANY care because they have a monopoly on the local "market" and kept claiming to have no available appointments. After a year they finally scheduled me and I still had to wait 3+ months and then drive 90 minutes each way for my appointment as a physically disabled person. Andrew Silverman is the biggest waste of time as a therapist and for help. If you want to increase your depression. Take him on as your therapist. If you want to speed up your termination in life stick with life stance. I was charged $180 for missing 3 appointments. Yes my depression is cleared. That was sarcasm by the way. Therapy doesn’t work. Just work out. Period

LifeStance health provides excellent psychological therapy and professional assistance. I can attest to their outstanding performance. I received mental health care for years and never got better. It is terrific! I think I meant to write “I never felt better”. Ooops! I hate typing tiny texts in small rectangles.
