I have been a patient of Geneva Vivino for around 8 years and she is the best I've ever had! First and foremost always always on time! Like always! She doesn't just meet me and refill my meds, she cares, she gives some time to talk about what's going on and how I'm doing! When I call the ladies don't just transfer me transfer me transfer me they help me immediately and resolve any conflict I have.
I've been with the organization for a while. This is my second review. The whole system sucks. I have a child that needs help right now. Therapists can drop clients and it's just okay or make appointments, and they don't show up. There's no accountability. You send email communications, and you don't get responses. The email structure isn't user-friendly. You cannot tell from the latest to the earliest email. If you miss an appointment and try to follow up there is no response. Dr. Katherine Harding is one of the best psychiatrists I've ever worked with and Lifestance seems to be an excellent company.
Complete waste of time and upsetting. The nurse practitioner I had shamed me for having a nicotine habit without bothering to find out why I do mentally, because of a health phobia I have that is unrelated. Told me the .50mg Xanax i was prescribed by my primary physician for my health phobia/panic, was not good. Claimed I was given a high dose. .50mg is not even 1mg.. I ran out of the medication she prescribed (anti depressant) and was only given a 5 day supply till follow up appointment. She didn't seem to get that I'm a f... read more
I have had sessions with Dr. B fir almost 4 years now and it has been a very amazing journey. Dr. B is very gently firm and compassionate. She listens to me and gives me an honest opinion that is not offensive nor harsh. I am so grateful for this therapist. The best in the business!!!
