It is unbelievably difficult to get a an appointment for your child to see a therapist. Many phone calls, two referrals and I still can’t get my child in to see a therapist. Don’t bother wasting your time unless you don’t work normal business hours and are ok with your kid having to miss school for every appointment.
My everperience has always been extremely positive. Whether I need to reschedule an appointment, talk to a representative regarding my payment or just in general to inquire about my appointment, this office is first rate!!!!
As a patient, the appointment check-in with LifeStance Health was a smooth process. The procedure consisted of inputing information at various sections. After each section was complete the screen displays this information. This give the patient a chance to review and make sure that the information was typed in correctly.
Dr. James and his staff are amazing. My husband will it trust any other doctor the way he does Dr. James.
I have so much respect and appreciation for the professionals who work with me. Their professionalism, active listening, and genuine commitment to help me throughout the years have greatly influenced my life positively.
