This is the worst medical provider I have ever worked with. The app closes and fails to save data, I get multiple texts tio keep submitting information already provided. Only to have two people to call asking for same. Then to make matters worse my first appointment was forgotten about. On the second telehealth appointment the person in the other end kept getting cut or logged off. Definitely asking for my co pay refunded and looking for another practice..
After ended the call, I felt really great. The meds I’m taking seem to be keeping my depression and anxiety manageable. Kelly has been a great support working with me, as well as listening.

My therapist is first class! Great guy, professional and caring! The staff that work the front desk are also very efficient and friendly! Lifestance's check-in procedure STINKS! The fact that I have to review my personal info and medical records online before every two week appointment is DUMB! Also, I don't require 4-5 reminders clogging my text an e-mail inbox that my appointment is approaching! I'm tecnically savy but I'm sure the elderly and/disabled struggle with the process.
Dr. Iannone is really patient, knowledgeable, understanding and kind. He has helped get my son back on track tremendously. We are both comfortable talking with him.
