I thought I canceled my appointment with 24 hours notice. I asked the provider, Phil Flauto, to please call me back to confirm cancelation and did not hear anything. I was charged a $75 no-show fee automatically billed to my credit card. Addendum: I was told that 48 hrs notice is required. I still don't understand why nobody returned my call to tell me this. I would have just gone to the appointment and paid my $10 copay and then told the provider I had no intention of returning. You need much better communication.

I have been a patient of theirs almost a year now and I have a lot I would like to say regarding my experience. But unfortunately it is too many characters for a Google review. Initially it looked like a wonderful company with a easy-to-use interface and a lot of providers to choose from. Looked shiny and professional and like I could find a real network to better my whole family's mental health. The website is honestly good for nothing except making billing you easy. DR James is the best. He actually cares. That is a quality, in my opinion, our health system is losing. Doctor's like him are rare in my experience, and I'm a professional emergency room patient. A joke, Dr James would laugh with you instead of at you.

I’ve been using LifeStance for my psychiatry therapy for years, since they were PsychBC. I have had two different psychiatrists (one left the practice a couple years ago and gave the option to transfer, but the practice never called me back to schedule). The only issue I had was for marriage counseling, I was given some conflicting information on how to get both me and my husband in VSee. We got it eventually, but it took away half the appointment.
