If I could give 0 stars I would. 1. You can never get anyone on the line. 2. You never get a call back. 3. It’s takes forever to get paperwork sent off. 4. The accounting department charged me for self pay when I have insurance. The office manager confirmed the discrepancy and reached out to the accounting department for update/reimbursement. I enjoy meeting with my PA. She’s understanding and patient. Only downside is, there’s always some sort of connection issue when doing virtual. Other than that, I would recommend.

I was given a referral to LifeStance at the end of February, because I’m going through a lot while recovering from a horrific motorcycle accident. After a few days I actually called to check the status. I talked with a lady that assured me that someone would most likely call me that day or the next. She explained that they probably just didn’t check the referral yet but didn’t even take down my information. She acted like I was bothering her or she was too busy to be answering the phone. *Not a reflection of my provider cus she was awesome.* Pretty sure my mental health worsened while dealing with this entire organization. I can never reach a human person on the phone. While you're holding, the message says to use the online portal to schedule appointments or ask questions. Except that never works either. I've been out of medication for almost 2 weeks. I called today to see if they could call in a verbal prior authorization, used the callback function and never got a call back. I messaged in the portal too. ... read more
