Lifestance has been a life saver for me. It’s very convenient. My psychiatrists listens and give me several options on how to manage medications, day to day obstacles, and encouragement. I’ve referred 5 other people to them who are also happy with them. Take the step towards being mentally healthier.
My first visit was a success. The entire process, from scheduling my initial appointment with Lifestance to logging into my virtual meeting with my psychologist and adjusting my prescriptions for my ADHD diagnosis, went smoothly. My therapist was incredibly kind and informative! Great job!
We changed insurance and one of the main priorities in choosing a plan was making sure LifeStance was covered. Everyone is so kind, helpful, and really care. The website is very easy to navigate. Everyone is extremely responsive. Highly highly recommend!!!!

I loved my therapist, but had to quit seeing her due to the awful experience I had with the office staff. I missed an appointment because I did not receive any notification or invite link for the appointment and was told that was only a courtesy. I provided evidence to Lexi showing that I had receive text notification for every appointment before but not this appointment. She was suppose to be "investigating" and getting back with me.
